Natalie Talbot has been involved in food production systems for over 20 years; this experience covers farming, supply chain and more recently premium food e-Commerce platforms into the Chinese Market. Raised in North West Tasmania on a mixed farm- Natalie was exposed to Beef and Lamb production systems and family investments in Meat processing operations. In 1994 she invested in a Murray Grey stud with a view to understanding how to produce the best beef and take that to the world. With her passion for Australian agriculture and of course our fine food, Natalie co-founded Premium Australia Foods (PAF) in 2013. This business supports Australian SME's in accessing Asian export markets and has been successful in the launch of 30 brands into China. Natalie leads the Business Development function with PAF and is actively expanding her service from ambient foods into premium fresh produce.
Chris loves food – he loves cooking for his family and entertaining friends with home cooking. This all began when as a young boy he would go to the market with his mum and two brothers for the weekly shop. Chris loved the market – the smell of fresh fruit and vegetables, the gourmet meats available and exquisite seafood. The love for good food continued as Chris grew up – with his first job as a 14 year old working in the fruit and vegetable department of the local supermarket – his favorite role was helping to unload the orders as they arrived – picking the best looking produce to present straight away. Over time Chris has continued this love of food to bring the best food possible home to his family – ‘I want to give my kids the best chance to be happy, healthy and strong – and it starts with what you put into your body’ – Good food means good life in Chris’s eyes. ‘I am excited to bring you the best of the best of Australian food through our business – I am extremely proud of Australian food and I want your family to love it as much as I do.’
