Australian cherries
Six states from Australia provide high quality Tamania grown cherry - Sassafras Orchards.
Its harvest season starts from end of December to early February and annual yield is around 50 tons. At the end of 2017, since Chinese customs has granted export licenses to a few other Australian states, PAF has started to look for corporation with orchards in NSW and VIC, to expand the harvest season supply from end of October to early February in the next year.
The fruit quality and bio-safety has always being the most important criteria for Australian cherry export.
Australia made wine
The winery sets on one side of Tasmanian Arthur Mountain, Tasman peninsula. Arthur mountain looks over Arthur port. You can find the purest air here. Cold air circles the earth at 43 degrees north latitude and landed finally at the southern tip of Tasmania after traveling 17000 kilos. McHenry Distillery is the southernmost winery in the world. Its location takes full advantage of cool and humid Marine environment, helps the wine to settles well in the barrels. The winey also has abundant pure spring water as the core of wine making.
Wine making business - Rice Wine (塔淳)
塔淳 is a rice wine with Chinese character that’s brewed,
registered and sold in Tasmania. It carries the process
characteristics of traditional Chinese rice wine - pure solid
fermentation, which is different in nature with new process
liquor. We pick high quality multi-grain raw materials with unique
technics to brew a unique solid fermentation quality of pure rice
wine.

Red Wine - Emmerson Creek & Laetita
Emmerson Creek & Laetitia are red wines brewed, registered in Australia and sold in China. PAF remains relatively stable export to China. Australia has rich natural resources. Being a vast and sparsely populated country, many parts of its environment and rural areas remain wild and undamaged, therefore provides different climates from cold to warm and different soils. Australian wine industry dares to break through the tradition to make many wines with high quality and various flavours.
Australian beef
Australian beef is the direct descendant of the first herds brought by European settlers in 1788. These original herds are carefully selected in terms of strength, reproductive capacity and disease resistance. Despite this, many cows died on a long journey. Therefore, the survivors went through another natural selection. The survived cows after the 6-month trip from England to Australia didn’t carry any disease and improved their immune system during the long journey. The strong cattle of those days formed the core of 27 million Australian beef.
Own beef brand - Southern Cross
In 2017, PAF’s abattoir create a new beef brand-southern cross. The inspiration comes from a world natural heritage in Cradle mountain, Tasmania. This is the habitat of a few rare and endangered animals, like Marsupial carnivore thylacine and flower tail koala, they account for two thirds of the known mammals in Tasmania. Its gets the most rain in Australia apart from Cape York in Queensland.
